It is published for access and use of scoster.com, including related mobile sites and applications (the Platform), operated by Scoster. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any policies referenced herein.

Services. Scoster provides a platform to discover sports events, view scores, connect with communities, share posts and stories, and manage user or organizer profiles. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event listings, fees, schedules, and compliance with applicable laws.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing activity; to upload false event information; to scrape or reverse engineer the service without permission; or to interfere with other users or system security.

User content. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Scoster a license to host, display, and distribute it on the Platform as needed to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Payments and events. Fees, refunds, and event participation terms may be set by organizers or third parties. Scoster is not responsible for disputes between users and organizers except as required by law.

Intellectual property. Platform design, branding, software, and materials are owned by Scoster or its licensors. You may not copy or exploit them without written permission.

Disclaimer. The Platform and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Scoster is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Scoster against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of third-party rights.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; see our Account Deletion page.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
