You may browse certain sections of the Platform without registering. By visiting the Platform, providing your information, or using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and applicable laws of India including data protection and privacy regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Information we collect. We collect personal data when you register, create or join events, post content, interact with other users, or contact support. This may include your name, email address, mobile number, profile photo, location (when you choose to share it), event participation details, payment-related information processed by third-party providers, device information, and usage data. You may choose not to provide certain information, but some features may not be available without it.

How we use information. We use your data to provide and improve the Platform, authenticate users, list and manage sports events, enable social features, send service-related communications and OTPs, personalize your experience, prevent fraud, enforce our policies, comply with legal obligations, and conduct analytics. We may contact you about events, updates, or offers where permitted by law and your preferences.

Sharing. We may share information with event organizers, service providers (hosting, analytics, messaging, maps, payment partners), affiliates, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Third-party services linked from the Platform are governed by their own privacy policies.

Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Data deletion and retention. You may delete your account from Profile settings in the mobile app or web app, or request assistance at support@scoster.com. Deletion is permanent and removes access to your profile, events, posts, and related data subject to legal retention requirements. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics. Your rights. You may access, correct, or update much of your information through your account settings. You may withdraw consent where applicable by contacting us; withdrawal may limit certain services.

Children. The Platform is not intended for users under 18 without parental consent where required by law.
